The Process

Relax in our customer lounge and enjoy the refreshments are provided while your Vehicle is being estimated.
Once our estimator is ready he will go over the details with you and answer any questions you may have.

The insurance company will review the estimate and make changes with regards to price and procedures of your repairs. Once the insurance approves the estimate then the actual repair process begins. If you are not insurance approved sign off the estimate then we will proceed with repairs.

In disassembly, hidden damage is often found, inner structure repairs are determined and a additional part maybe have to be added to ensure your Vehicle is repaired to highest standard.

Order Parts:
The parts for your vehicle are ordered and availability is checked.

Structure repair:
In the structure repair area, the utilized body is returned back to the factory specification.

Colour matching:
Colour matching is done with the aid of our computer database. Once paint is matched Edging is done, Edging is the process where we paint the surface that cannot be accessed once the vehicle is reassembled.

Body repairs:
The body repair department replaces exterior panels and all metal finishing that may be required

Paint prep:
Paint preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process of every Vehicle.

Tightly controlled conditions in your spray booth keep contaminates out of the paint, the vehicle is baked to give the paint a durable and long lasting finish.

Final mouldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle in the assembly area for final check and polish.

Final inspection:
During the repair process , if the vehicle accumulates dust from repairs. We will Valet your vehicle and make sure all the fine details are complete.
